Tokyo luncheon discussion on securities class actions
On Tuesday 6th February, the Hedge Funds Club hosted an intimate Dialogue luncheon with Financial Recovery Technologies at the Tokyo American Club Nihonbashi.
The Hedge Funds Club Dialogue Luncheon was sponsored by Financial Recovery Technologies and the discussion led by Sean Cookson focused on securities class actions. It was a lively discussion with many questions about market evolution, current trends, client challenges, recovery efforts, Japanese settlements and much more.
Having a frank, open and off-the-record discussion with a small group of high-level executives from funds and asset managers was a great way to share knowledge and ideas in a private setting. It is amazing to see what happens when you put a small group of smart people together over lunch and an interesting topic.
