William Chow joins Raffles Family Office

In Hong Kong, William Chow has been named Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer at Raffles Family Office. He was most recently Deputy Chief Executive Officer of China Life Franklin Asset Management. His previous roles have included CEO of PINS Asset Management, Group Managing Director of Value Partners, Senior Portfolio Manager at BlackRock, Portfolio Manager at State Street and trader at UBS.
