Jason Topaz joins Rogers Investment Advisors

Jason Topaz, former CTO of Horizon Asset, has become co-COO of Rogers Investment Advisors in Tokyo. Jason left Horizon last year after more than 11 years with the firm. Earlier, the Harvard graduate worked at JD Capital Management, Azimuth Trust, Intelligent Markets, Long-Term Capital Management and Goldman Sachs. Rogers Investment Advisors is part of the Wolver Hill group of companies, an Asia-focused alternative investment asset management and advisory group established by Ed Rogers in 2006 with offices in Hong Kong and Tokyo.
