Menai Financial Group appoints Head of Trading Asia

Laurent Serena in Tokyo has been appointed the Head of Trading Asia at Menai Financial Group. Menai is a digital assets firm founded by Morgan Stanley veteran and Man Group board member Zoe Cruz. Laurent was most recently Head of Trading, Japan at Laplace Research Capital, a quant trading firm. He has spent most of his career focused on equity derivatives. Earlier, he has worked at Quoine, Iced River Capital, Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas.
