Richard Okuno joins Japan’s FSA

Richard Okuno has been appointed Deputy Director, Asset Management Business Office in the Securities Division of the Supervision Bureau of the Financial Services Agency of Japan. He has previously worked at firms such as SMBC Barclays Wealth Nikko, GI Capital Securities, Rheos Capital Works, Franklin Templeton and Morgan Stanley.
