Homecoming for Fred Omokawa at Nikko Securities

Hideyuki Fred Omokawa has been appointed Managing Executive Officer of Business Strategy and Development at SMBC Nikko Securities. This is somewhat of a homecoming for Fred who started his career at what was then Nikko Securities in 1986. His distinguished career has included roles such as Founder and COO of Nikko Beans, Head of the Executive Office of Goldman Sachs Japan, Founder and CEO of hedge fund manager FGI Capital Partners, Global Head of Product and Strategic Marketing at Nikko Asset Management and Executive Officer of SMBC Group.
