Keiko Sydenham launches fund distribution firm

Keiko Sydenham has launched a new Tokyo-based firm called LUCA together with Headline Asia and Northvillage Investment. LUCA is a digital platform distributing alternative investment funds to Japanese investors. Her co-founder is Motoya Kitamura, the CEO of Northvillage Investment. Akihiko Okamoto, Partner at Headline Asia, will also serve as an adviser to LUCA. Keiko has spent the last few years as Managing Director at Blackstone and was prior to that at JP Morgan Asset Management. Earlier she worked at Russell, Orix Investment Corporation and HC Asset Management.
