Daniel Jim teams up with OPIM and Pharus

Seasoned hedge fund investor Daniel Jim in Hong Kong has teamed up with OP Investment Management for a new venture, the Tripod BoLe Platform. The aim of the new platform, of which Daniel is the Founder and Chief Investment Advisor, is to empower and showcase up and coming investment talents from Asia to the family office and dedicated Asian investing communities in the EU, in partnership with the Pharus Group in Europe and OPIM in Hong Kong. Daniel kicked off his finance career at Nomura before launching Tripod Management in 1999. Tripod was one of Greater China’s earliest home-grown independent asset managers and most seasoned allocators with a special focus on hedge fund strategies and alternative investments. It was acquired by Assured Asset Management in 2017. Daniel remained with Assured until earlier this year.
